At the helm of London Building Surveyors is our Managing Director, Ronnie Campbell.

Ronnie has over 20 years experience within the property and surveying profession.  He qualified in Glasgow in 1994, becoming an associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1999. He became a registered valuer in 2012.  Ronnie has worked all over the UK on both a self-employed basis and for larger organisations, as well as for several London boroughs carrying out a range of building surveys on public buildings. He also worked in the Cayman Islands, project managing large scale reinstatement works following the devastation caused by Hurricane Ivan.

In addition, Ronnie has often appeared as an expert witness on both Dilapidations and Building Disputes. Most recently Ronnie’s focus has been concentrated on Central, East London and the surrounding areas, specialising in the provision of high quality building survey reports, dilapidations and party wall advice.
