Ronnie Campbell conducted a Full Building Survey (RICS – Level 3) in relation to a property I’m hoping to purchase. He carried out the survey quickly and provided a detailed report not long after. The report is thorough and easy to understand, which has been a huge help for identifying a few of the issues that need to be addressed at the property.
Ronnie took the time to have a follow-up call afterwards to walk me through the report as well, which was great aftercare and very useful.
